Marine Services Department

 More then 20 specialists of this department are able to support you with Corrosion Surveys, Thickness Measurements, Steel Surveys and Close-up Inspections. MME introduced a new access technique: Rope Access. Using this technique MME reaches remote areas otherwise only accessible with the use of expensive staging

Cathodic protection

 Sacrificial anodes.

 MME has under one roof the engineering and production of sacrificial anodes from both Zinc and Aluminium. Our technicians are specialised to provide you their expertise in this specific subject. Because the production of the anodes is another activity of MME we are able to produce anodes of high quality against competitive prices.

 Impressed Current Cathodic Protection

 This system provides a highly advanced technique of cathodic protection. Already this MME-ICCP system protects more then 200 vessels. The latest development is that MME made it possible that all relevant data are automatically being stored if the ICCP system is connected to the ship computer.

Marine Growth Prevention

 The damage marine growth can cause in both open and closed cooling water system can be huge. With our MME Marine Growth Prevention System we are able to prevent the areas of seachest and cooling water pipes against barnacles. MME is introducing a new Power Supply Box, which makes it possible that this system reacts on the data from the ships Computer System. This results in an optimum of protection in combination with low operational costs.

Harbinger Access Equipment

 Within the MME group of companies the Harbinger division has expanded into a major supplier of marine and offshore aluminium gangways and accommodation ladders. Besides the MME standard types it is also possible to manufacture tailor made gangways and accommodation ladders for new constructions or replicas for replacements.
